Stila's Heaven's Hue Highlighters Are Here

by Kali Borovic

Get ready for another year of cheek shine, because the trend is still in full swing. Stila Cosmetics created Heaven's Hue Highlighters in time for the big year, and they're unlike any others out there. Forget everything you know about your typical powder and liquid shimmers, because this new creation is in a category of its own. Where can you buy the Heaven's Hue Highlighters? Here's the deal so far.

Stop what you're doing, because Stila just recreated your average highlighter. Instead of sticking to a power or liquid formula, the brand decided to mix it up and create their own. According to the Sephora website, the only way to describe it is a unique texture that's bouncy-to-the-touch. I'm guessing that means that it's more like a mousse, but I'm dying to find out for sure.

The product comes in three different shades — Transcendence, Kitten, and Bronze — that range from bright pink to, you guessed it, a bronzed glow. Currently the only place to shop the new item is on the Sephora website. The company made a social media post saying that they would be slowly launching new items though. Since the Sephora site doesn't say "exclusive" next to the product, I'm will to bet it will pop up on Stila's website soon as well.

At $32, these are high-end items. This is a lot more expensive than their Shimmer Powder Split Pan, but then again it is a whole different formula. According to the Sephora site, the best way to apply the product is either with your fingers, a sponge, or a dense stippling brush.

Because it's more of a cream formula, it can also work on bare skin as well as on top of other products. That means that you can add a little lit from within to your no-makeup makeup days. In my opinion, the versatility of the product makes it well worth the price.

The company has yet to make the official announcement, but it looks like the new cheek shine is a part of their permanent collection. That doesn't mean that you should wait to shop though!
