Just when you thought you were close to the weekend, TMZ broke the news that Kylie Jenner is reportedly pregnant. As fans reacted with shock and confusion, there remained the question of who the father of Jenner's baby would be. According to TMZ, Jenner is having a baby with boyfriend Travis Scott, who has reportedly been telling his friends about the pregnancy already. TMZ also reported that they've heard, but cannot verify, that the couple is having a girl. Scott being the father, if the news is true, would come as no surprise to fans; after all, Jenner and Scott have been dating for approximately five months now. (Jenner's reps could not be reached for comment on the pregnancy reports and Scott's representatives did not immediately return a request for comment.)

Of course, even though reports are coming out, neither star has confirmed or denied the news yet. However, a source claimed to Page Six that Jenner has "been looking pregnant for about four months," whatever that means.

If Jenner is pregnant, Scott is definitely the most likely father. And the idea isn't as far-fetched as you might think. In a January 2016 clip from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner asked Caitlyn Jenner when she thought a good age to have children is. Jenner thought 25 was a good age and that "30 is too late." As she is currently 20 years old, she'd certainly be on track for that life plan that she laid out at age 18 on the show.

And that wasn't the only time Jenner spoke out about her plans for a future family. While answering Snapchat videos in October 2016, then-19-year-old Jenner said, "I'm getting a lot of questions about kids. How many kids do I want? Do I want kids? And I do want kids, but not now."

On top of that, when pregnancy rumors were brought up in August 2017, Hollywood Life claimed that the rumors were untrue, but quoted a source as saying,

"She wants to have a big family like she was raised in, and is looking forward to having lots of kids one day but not anytime soon... With both of them working as much as they do, if she were pregnant with [Scott's] baby, the timing would be really bad. Plus, Kylie knows she is still too young to start a family."

Things have changed in the time since Jenner last spoke out about children, though. Jenner and Scott have been inseparable in the last five months. They've been spotted having a romantic dinner in Mexico and walking arm in arm in Boston. They got matching butterfly tattoos on their ankles, and Scott reportedly got her a $20,000 butterfly necklace. On a scale of one to 10, their romance has basically been set to 12 in recent months, so it wouldn't be a surprise if he is the father, if she is pregnant.

People's source claimed that Jenner and Scott "started telling friends a few weeks ago" about the pregnancy, but that the Kardashian-Jenner family have "known for quite some time." The source also claimed that the couple is very excited about the baby. Meanwhile, Page Six reports that the family will be confirming the news at some point on Friday.

There is another theory, though. Fans have been speculating that, if the reports are true and Jenner is pregnant, that she is Kim Kardashian's surrogate. Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, reportedly hired one in June to have their third child, and Us Weekly reported in July that said surrogate was three months pregnant. Of course, the magazine also reported that a "San Diego mom in her late 20s, referred by an agency" was chosen, not Jenner, which would put a pin in that fan theory. (For Kardashian's part, she told E! News in September of the surrogacy reports, "I've definitely seen a lot of things, we've never confirmed anything. So, I think when we're ready to talk about it we will...")

Whatever the truth is, one thing can be relatively certain: If Jenner is really pregnant, then fans should already know who the father is.
