Let the music play, since VH1 has made a most exciting announcement. On Monday, the new home of RuPaul's Drag Race revealed that there will be a third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. The network has yet to share when the premiere will air, but according to Variety, Season 3 is slated to begin in early 2018. And as far as the cast goes, the roster is still under wraps. Uh-oh, you know what that means: It's time to guess who will be on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. Or at the very least, draw up a list of alumni who deserve to be on Season 3.

UPDATE: On Friday, Oct. 20, RuPaul announced the cast of RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars Season 3 in an hour-long special on VH1.

EARLIER: Though we don't know who will compete on RPDRAS Season 3, there's one thing you can count on: It's bound to be a not-to-be-missed season. In a press release, host and executive producer RuPaul said,

“The world is calling out to see more of these beautiful queens and I am going to give them every bit of it they can handle. These All Stars represent the best of the breasts, legs and thighs. They are giving everything and you’re not going to want to miss it!”

Flazéda.

So, who should be on the third edition of the RuPaul’s Drag Race offshoot? Which RPDR alumni might duke it out for a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame? You'll just have to wait until Ru decides to ru-veal the cast. Until then, here are some former RPDR contestants who would be great on All Stars.

1. Valentina

Valentina's Season 9 elimination was the lip sync heard ‘round the world. The bone-chilling mask moment was a brutal way for this talented and beautiful queen to go, and it would be nice to see Miss Congeniality get another chance at a title.

2. Thorgy Thor

Thorgy seems like a delight. Also? Her looks are always the opposite of boring.

3. Peppermint

Peppermint’s lip syncs are the stuff of legend. I still get chills when I watch her Season 9 finale performances.

4. Kim Chi

Kim Chi’s hilarious, her makeup is a work of art every time, and she literally created a donut-scented lipstick. Who wouldn’t want to see more Kim Chi?

5. Trixie Mattel

Like Kim Chi, Trixie is a super funny, super talented makeup virtuoso. Yes, she may be busy with her and Katya’s new Viceland show, but a RPDR fan can dream.

6. Chi Chi DeVayne

As much as I loved Season 8’s top three, I’m still bitter about Chi Chi not making it to the finale. She’s one of the greats.

7. BenDeLaCreme

DeLa could finally get the rematch against…

8. Darienne Lake

… Darienne that fans have been waiting for. (Or at least it’s the rematch that *this* fan has been waiting for.)

9. Shangela

Honestly, how have we gone this long without the Pit Crew wheeling a Shangela-sized cardboard box into the All Stars workroom?

And on that note, byeeeeee.
