The 'Fifty Shades Darker' Soundtrack Is Too Hot

Universal Pictures

The sequel to the unconventional romance Fifty Shades Of Grey is coming to theaters soon, and you know what that means: a new soundtrack full of sexy songs by hot artists, suitable for all kinds of activities. The Fifty Shades Darker album is due out Feb. 10, the same date that the movie arrives in theaters. The lead single is a collaboration between Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik, and the duo just dropped the video for their moody duet "I Don't Wanna Live Forever." Next up was "Closer" singer Halsey, whose power ballad "Not Afraid Anymore" seems to echo Anastasia Steele's growing confidence. But who else is on the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack? It's a compilation of superstars and up-and-coming artists.

Earlier this month, the Fifty Shades Darker official Instagram shared the final track listing. None of the other songs besides "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" and "Closer" are available to stream as of right now, but there are enough big names and intriguing titles here worth getting excited about. Some huge songs came out of the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack, including "Earned It" by The Weeknd, "Love Me Like You Do" by Ellie Goulding, and Beyonce's sultry remix of "Crazy In Love." Will the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack be as successful? Here are the tracks to look forward to:

A Nick & Nicki Collaboration

Oh, hell yes. Nick Jonas and Nicki Minaj have finally joined forces. Their Fifty Shades Darker song is called "Bom Bidi Bom" and will probably feature Jonas's clear falsetto and a couple of fire verses by Ms. Minaj.

A John Legend Ballad

Think about how many weddings you've been to where the newlyweds have danced to "All Of Me" and then consider what a coup it is for Fifty Shades Darker to have John Legend on the album. The R&B singer's contribution is titled "One Woman Man," i.e. what Christian Grey is now that he's under the spell of Anastasia Steele.

Another Sia Anthem

I don't know how Sia writes songs that make me feel like I'm crying into a glass of really expensive champagne at the best party of my life, but she does. The "Chandelier" and "Cheap Thrills" singer represents on Fifty Shades Darker with "Helium" — probably another decadent sadness anthem dripped in glittery despair.

A Slow Jam By The-Dream

Just last month, The-Dream released Love You To Death, a seductive five-song E.P. His soundtrack song isn't out yet, but it's very likely that he brought his expert ear for makeout-quality slow jams over to Fifty Shades Darker with "Code Blue."

That's not all, as Tove Lo, Toulouse, and Corinne Bailey Rae are also featured on the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack. You can view the whole tracklist again above, and then put in your pre-order for the Feb. 10 release. Just in time for Valentine's Day.
