Danielle L. Should Be The Next 'Bachelorette'

It's hard to believe that we are already this far into Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor. Of course, this means a lot of things. First and foremost, it means that Nick is almost ready to choose a wife. He has narrowed down his bevy of women and only the true competitors remain. Once the competition gets cut down like this, it also means that we are potentially looking at our next Bachelorette. She's in there somewhere, and is usually chosen from the final four. Looking at who we have left, will Danielle L. be the next Bachelorette?

Personally, I think it would be great to have some diversity among the Bachelorettes. If we take a look back at all of the lucky women who have landed a gig, they all have something in common. They all happen to be white women. The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise has one problem and that problem is a shocking lack of diversity among its stars. Being an Asian American woman, Danielle would bring that much needed change to hopefully, finally kick off a new era of diversity.

Besides being gorgeous, funny and sweet, Danielle is a savvy businesswoman who owns multiple companies in California. Having such a positive role model for young women as the star of next season's Bachelorette would be a wise choice. It is so very important to celebrate strong, successful women like Danielle, especially in the current political climate that we are all living in right now.

Of course, I don't get to make the final choice, so I have to leave it up to the producers to make the right pick. Whoever we get as our next Bachelorette, though, there's a pretty great group of ladies on Nick's to choose from — so it's hard to do any wrong.
