'Vanderpump Rules' Needs To Return For More Dramatic Episodes

Season 5 of Vanderpump Rules came to a dramatic conclusion with Katie and Schwartz finally tying the knot — but things didn't end there. Monday is the third and final reunion episode for the season and it certainly promises to be one of the most dramatic, with Mike Shay returning to confront the gossip surrounding his and Scheana's recent divorce, which was also featured on the show. With all of the loose ends left dangling, fans will likely be salivating for more when all is said and done. So, will Vanderpump Rules return in 2017 for Season 6?

At the moment, it doesn't look like there is an official release date or renewal for Season 6. Don't worry just yet though, because there have been plenty of discussions regarding what storylines could be featured in a hypothetical sixth season. TV Guide spoke with Scheana about whether her new boyfriend would be appearing in an upcoming season and although she confirmed that he is not planning to be involved with the show, she spoke about it like the season was likely to happen. There has also been a lot of chatter surrounding whether Lala Kent will be returning to the show next season, since she quit unexpectedly midway through Season 5. A possible return is enough for me to hold out hope, for sure. And, at least there's a spinoff planned for Jax and Brittany, so fans can keep watching their drama unfold.

Now, we are not even done with the reunions yet, so the fact that there isn't a release date yet is totally normal. It will not likely be announced until this season has wrapped completely. In the past, new seasons have premiered during the first couple of weeks of November. So, just six months of waiting to go...
