You Can Now Find NYX Cosmetics Products At This Drugstore

by Kali Borovic

There's nothing better than finding great products at an affordable price. Unless, of course, those products start popping up in unexpected places. Get your wallets ready, because, according to WWD, NYX Cosmetics will now be sold at Walgreens. That means that it'll be even easier to get your hands on the makeup, and it's only the beginning of the exciting drugstore news.

Makeup products at Walgreens is nothing new on its own, but adding one more brand is definitely exciting news. While you're shopping for shampoo and allergy medicine, you can now stop and pick up all the NYX products that your little heart desires. According to WWD, the brand is coming to 2,000 stores throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico and will be available on the Walgreen's website as well.

No specific products were announced yet, but I'm willing to bet that the entire range of lip, eye, and cheek products will be available. The brand sells its full line at CVS and Target stores right now, so this will be the third drugstore takeover.

Seeing as cult-favorites like their Lip Lingerie and Liquid Suede are just $7 each and setting spray is just $8, this brand fits right in with other drugstore brands. Actually, the items are priced lower than other Walgreens beauty finds. So while you're shopping for shampoo and razors, you can slip a few makeup items in without breaking the bank.

According to WWD, this isn't the only exciting part of the drugstore launch, either. “We’re also starting to add testers for select products — NYX included — and revamping cosmetics fixtures to better accommodate the needs of our customers, which is all part of our journey to become America’s most loved beauty destination," Lauren Brindley, group vice president and general merchandise manager of Walgreens, told WWD.

Like I said before, this isn't the only drugstore that you can shop the brand. You can stop by CVS, Target, or shop online. NYX has grown to have an extremely large following, with 10.8 million followers on Instagram, so it only makes sense that more expansions are coming. They even opened their own Flagship Store in 2016.

The brand has yet to announce an exact date for the in-store launch. Until then, I would keep an eye out as you shop. Because something tells me that they won't be sitting on the shelves for long.
