3 New Bill Cosby Accusers Step Forward

On Wednesday, during a press conference with lawyer Gloria Allred, three new Bill Cosby accusers came forward claiming the comedian sexually assaulted them. In reference to New York Magazine's feature profiling 35 of the women who have accused Cosby of rape, Allred said, "Today that empty chair is filled by three new women, who alleged that they were victimized by Mr. Cosby." The three women are flight attendant Colleen Hughes and actresses Linda Ridgeway Whitedeer and Eden Tirl.

Whitedeer, who is known for her role in the 1972 film The Mechanic, claims Cosby sexually assaulted her during an audition. She alleged during the press conference, "When Cosby was done, there was a horrible mess of semen all over my face. I bordered on vomiting ... He was mumbling that I had been blessed with his semen as if it was holy water." To this day, she said she is "still ashamed." However, she said, "It is my turn to take the empty chair that I saw on the cover because I was assaulted in the chair in a job interview and I was not drugged."

Next, there is former flight attendant Hughes, who alleges the 78-year-old comedian once shared a glass of champagne with her in his Los Angeles hotel room. Hughes claims Cosby drank champagne out of one of her shoes and that after she told him it was "gross," he allegedly offered her a drink from the shoe and said, "A princess should always drink champagne out of a glass slipper."

Hughes alleges she woke up hours later and realized she had been drugged and sexually assaulted. One year later, she claims she encountered Cosby again during a flight, where he allegedly flirted with her a second time. She said during the press conference, "I told him, 'You already had me once and I don't want to be drugged again.'"

Tirl, who once appeared on The Cosby Show during Season 5, claims that when she was 22 years-old she was alone with Cosby and he sexually harassed her. "I never came forward in 1989," she said. "I knew that I had been sexually harassed, I knew I should say something."

In July 2015, a 2005 deposition obtained by the Associated Press showed Cosby admitting to obtaining Quaaludes to give to women with whom he wanted to have sex. His reps responded with the following statement: "The only reason Mr. Cosby settled was because it would have been embarrassing in those days to put all those women on the stand and his family had no clue. That would have been very hurtful."

Regarding a civil case brought forward by accuser Judith Huth, Cosby will testify in court on Oct. 9, 2015, where he will be questioned under oath.

Cosby lawyer gave a response to the accusations in November 2014, which reads as follows:

Over the last several weeks, decade-old, discredited allegations against Mr. Cosby have resurfaced. The fact that they are being repeated does not make them true. Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment. He would like to thank all his fans for the outpouring of support and assure them that, at age 77, he is doing his best work. There will be no further statement from Mr. Cosby or any of his representatives.
