Ashley Benson Goes Brunette & It Suits Her

Another day, another shocking celebrity hair makeover. This time, Ashley Benson went brunette for Flaunt Magazine, and looks practically unrecognizable. A subtle color change may not seem like a big deal when compared to some other recent celeb transformations, like Rose McGowan's buzz cut or Gigi Hadid's faux bob. Still, it's quite the departure for Benson, who has sported her signature blonde hair for as long as we have known her.

The 25-year-old took to Instagram and Twitter to debut her brand new look. Her fresh tresses flaunted a chestnut brown color with fringe style bangs and a messy undone quality that looked hella cool. She posed in velvet high-waisted printed pants, a lacy bra, and a patterned draped jacket, giving off a boho-chic '70s vibe that was retro yet modern at the same time. This is Benson like we have never seen before.

It's unclear whether the gorgeous new look is the result of a dye-job or a wig, but I'm really hoping it's the real deal. The shot appears to be from a spread for Flaunt, so it's more likely than not that Benson will go back to blonde tomorrow. Personally, I think she should keep the dark brown for a while, because it totally suits her.
