When Can You Shop Carine Roitfeld x Uniqlo Part 2?

by Rosie Narasaki

Uniqlo is positively blowing up at the moment, no? Between their ubiquitous (and colorful) puffy down jackets, and the brand's ever-popular capsule collections, it seems the Japanese brand is everywhere you look. It has unveiled some truly great collaborations over the past year or so — so when will its latest, Carine Roitfeld x Uniqlo, be available?

Luckily for us, we don't have to wait long: Roitfeld's latest collaboration with the ultra-popular fast fashion brand is coming very soon — it will be hitting shelves (both of the real and virtual variety) on February 11th. This new collection comes hot off the heels of some very popular high-end collabs — it's actually their second partnering with Roitfeld herself (her first collection with the brand flew off the shelves), and they had a very successful line with French designer Christophe Lemaire. They also knocked it right out of the park with their on-point Disney collection, and their Jil Sander collaboration was quite fab as well.

So, how does Roitfeld's second foray into Uniqlo stack up with the rest of their capsule collections? Pretty highly, as it would turn out: Her new designs for the brand promise fabulosity in every form, from a healthy selection of Roitfeld's own signature pencil skirts, to simple-yet-chic graphic tees, to drop-dead-gorgeous leather coats worthy of your firstborn. Let's take a look at some of the must-haves.

This Slip Dress

The '90s slip dress is back in full force, and this lingerie-esque number is an especially fashion-forward take on the trend.

This Camo Blouse

Cool with a side of cool.

This Leather Coat

Perfect for every occasion, be it sitting front row at Paris Fashion Week, or planning for world domination (or, you know, both).

This T-Shirt

Just add distressed jeans and a moto jacket, and you're good to go.

This Pencil Skirt

Go croc or go home.

This Printed Jacket

The bomber jacket trend is everywhere these days, so why not give it a palm tree-printed twist?

Pretty exciting, right? Are you looking forward to the spring collection as much as I am? And which pieces do you have your eye on?
