There Are More Steven Avery TV Specials Coming

So, you finished Making a Murderer in one day and are trying to figure out how to move on with your life like a normal human being? Do you find yourself saying, "Hi, my name is [insert your name here], and I have a million theories about what happened Oct. 31, 2005, and my family is tired of me talking about them?" Well, you're not alone. If you finished Making a Murderer and aren't done with Steven Avery's conviction, you'll be delighted to learn that neither are television producers. On Thursday, it was announced that Investigation Discovery will produce Front Page: The Steven Avery Story , the perfect supplement to fill the void finishing the 10-episode documentary series on Netflix has created. And if that's not enough to quench your thirst for justice, then I have even more ways you can keep up with Making a Murderer news after finishing the series.

According to Deadline, the Front Page: The Steven Avery Story "aims 'to provide viewers with critical details surrounding the case' and 'inform viewers in light of the nearly 300,000 people calling for the release of Avery.'" The special will be hosted by Dateline's Keith Morrison and is set to premiere "later this month," according to Vulture.

Is that not enough for you? Didn't think so. Here are even more ways you can keep up with Steven Avery news after marathon-watching Making a Murderer.

TV Specials

Depending on what side of the case you fall on, you may want to check out two other upcoming specials revolving around the Teresa Halbach murder. (Actually, watch them either way. Better to be informed of both sides when arguing against your friend, right?) On Jan. 8, Nancy Grace will air a special on "the evidence you didn't see on Making a Murderer," at 8 p.m. on HLN. Then, Steven Avery: Guilty or Framed? A Justice Special , hosted by Jeanine Pirro, on Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. will air on the Fox News Channel. Warning to the #FreeStevenAvery team: Both women are very sold on Avery's guilt.
