This actress is following in the footsteps of her on-set big sis and debuting a different hairdo, just in time for spring. Ariel Winter dyed her hair red, and the transformation is remarkable. Since she doesn’t switch up her look often, we’ve all gotten pretty used to her long black tresses, but those are no more. That’s not to say, however, that this new strawberry blonde ‘do isn’t completely amazing. I happen to really like this dramatic makeover.

As far as the motivation behind changing up her hair, all I can think of is that she’s caught a case of spring fever! Why not have a little fun with your look now that Modern Family season 7 is a wrap, you know? It’s time for her to live a little — and that’s exactly what she’s doing.
