Sunday marked the first official day of spring, and no matter how you celebrated it, the princess of pop totally topped it. But of course she did. Britney Spears wore a yellow string bikini, according to People magazine, and showed us all that not only does she look damn good, but beach season is finally here! And you have to ring that in by putting on your swimsuit and getting your tan on. Duh!

If you live on the East Coast, you might have spent the weekend hibernating from the snow, but on the West Coast, Spears had a slightly warmer (and definitely way sexier) weekend. The singer posted a snap to Instagram on Sunday, showing her lying poolside in the tiniest yellow string bikini I've probably ever seen. I mean, it wasn't polka dot, but it was certainly itty bitty and teeny weeny.

The post was captioned, "Just chilling," as Brit Brit tanned in the sunshine and gave us all major swimsuit shopping inspiration. Seriously, you're going to want to add a yellow bikini into your mix after you see this snap. The suit was bright yellow, string style, and had a black lining, and it's basically the definition of summer.
