Kesha Will Appear On This Spooky Lifetime Show

by Kaitlin Reilly

Whether you believe in ghosts or not, few people make moves to confront a haunting spirit. Of course, few people are quite as bold and courageous as Kesha. According to Entertainment Tonight, Kesha will appear on Lifetime's reality TV show The Haunting Of March 28. According to the report, the episode will follow the "Tik Tok" singer as she returns to a Texas bed and breakfast in in an attempt to communicate with what she believes was a ghost she had a supernatural run-in with. Here's hoping that Kesha gets to have a sit-down conversation with her other worldly friend — or, as is far more likely, hears a few unexplained noises during the episode.

It's not surprising that Kesha chose to appear on a TV series about the paranormal. The 29-year-old has long been open about her fascination with the other side, and already claims to have had a few strange encounters with what she believes to be ghosts. She told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show in 2012 that she was once haunted by a spirit with a "dark, sexual energy" — in fact, she said the alleged experience inspired one of the songs on her 2012 album Warrior:

I’ve got a song called ‘Supernatural’, that song was about having sex with a ghost. I lived in this flop house at Rural Canyon and there was this weird energy that lived there, and it used to keep me at night and wake me up... It did scare me but that’s part of the fun of it.

Personally, I would sleep a lot better at night if there wasn't a ghost hanging around my room, but hey, to each their own.
