Meet The 'American Idol' Top 4

Okay, American Idol fans — sh*t's about to get real. Know why? We're down to the Top 4 and only TWO weeks away from the final American Idol finale EVER. Let that sink in for a minute. Sunk in? Good. So who are your Top 4? That would be La'Porsha Renae, MacKenzie Bourg, Trent Harmon, and Dalton Rapattoni. Missing? 20-year-old Sonika Vaid. Not entirely surprising, as her Idol career has been hanging by a thread for the past few weeks. With Vaid now out of the competition, only four remain — and it's the four who rightfully deserve to continue on in this game and have a shot at the final Idol title. The only question now is, who will be the one to take the final victory?

Renae, Bourg, Harmon, and Rapattoni have been on top since the beginning. It would've been a surprise if they didn't make it to this point in the game. The best part about this group is that they're so different. Renae has a strong, powerful presence that only a woman like her could have. She nails every performance she gives and never fails to bring the drama and excitement to the Idol stage. Bourg is much more subdued than Renae. He has his own way of doing things, which the judges have so lovingly called the "MacKenzie." He's the singer/songwriter of the group — and his style is exactly that. Bourg calls to mind a young Ed Sheeran — which is not a bad thing to be.

Harmon, on the other hand, is a little more experienced than Bourg and his sound reflects that. He has a very versatile sound that strattles the line between country, pop, and rock. This is also reflected in his personal style — and it's totally awesome. Lastly is Rapattoni, who is in a category of his own. The 20-year-old channels the great punk rock bands of the '90s/early '00s, but in the most modern way possible. His style is totally original, which is why it works.

Since these artists are all so different, it's in America's hands now to decide exactly what they're looking for in an Idol. If they want a Kelly Clarkson-type, they'll choose Renae. If they're looking for the new Phillip Phillips, they'll go with Bourg. If they want a Scotty McCreery meets David Cook, then Harmon is the guy. And if they're looking for a modern Adam Lambert, it will be Rapattoni. Every one of the top 4 possesses Idol winner qualities, now it's up to the fans to decide which is the kind of winner they want to take the final crown.
