Karolina Kurkova's Met Gala Gown Is interactive

As one of the most consistently talked about attendees every year, Karolina Kurkova's 2016 Met Gala gown by Marchesa did not disappoint. But even if it did let some people down, the dress made it known that people were talking — I mean, tweeting — about it's most glorious detail: it's completely interactive. Kurkova's gown lit up based on what people were tweeting about her dress. Mind. Blown.

Just a few hours before she stepped on to the red carpet at the Met, Kurkova teased her fans with a photo of a computer chip attached to the material of her dress. Keeping in theme of this year's Met Gala "Manus x Machina" and the blending of style and technology in the digital age, the model's floral Marchesa pretty much nailed it. It flowed beautifully as Kurkova walked up the steps leading to the ball, but the gown also winked to the future of fashion by in Kurkova's own words, infusing "#emotionalintelligence" to her dress.

Even without the technology, Kurkova's dress is still a sight to behold.

So stunning!

Here's a look from the back:

Kurkova said that the gown made sitting difficult on her way to the Met Gala.

Just a small sacrifice for one of the most memorable dresses of the night.
