How Big Is A Mini Frapp?

The return of the Mini Frappuccino has been a triumphant one, indeed, with coffee lovers across the United States and Canada heralding it as the perfect way to kick off the summer. And hey, if you’ve been wondering how big a Starbucks Mini Frappuccino is, exactly, I’ve got you covered with info straight from the source. Today is a good day full of delightful surprises and delicious treats.

According to a Starbucks spokesperson, a Mini Frappuccino is 10 ounces — that is, two ounces less than a Tall, which weighs in at 12 ounces. That may not seem like a whole lot less, but you’d be surprised what a difference two ounces can make. As I commented earlier today, I’m rarely up for downing a whole Frappuccino; by the time I start edging towards the bottom, I’m usually already ready to say goodbye. A 10 ounce Frapp, though, solves that problem. It sounds kind of goofy, but I like to think of it as the Goldilocks size — it’s juuuuust right.

(And before you ask, yes, I realize that the analogy doesn’t totally fit — there’s no “too small” in this case, since the Mini Frapp is the smallest option there is — but, well… just roll with me on this one.)

This isn’t, of course, the first time we’ve seen the Starbucks Mini Frappuccino; it made its first appearance in May of 2015, lasting for about two months before vanishing on July 6. In 2016, though, we’ve got all summer to enjoy it, so hoorah for that. Plus, you can get literally any Frapp flavor you like in a Mini size, which means that the possibilities are endless. Prices will vary depending on where you’re located, but on average, a Mini Frapp costs about 20 to 30 cents less than a 12-ounce Tall.

The Mini Frappuccino isn’t the only good thing to come in a small package, of course; it’s in good company with a bunch of other favorites, as well. Like these, for example!

They’re the perfect little pick-me-up

2. Baby Animals

So tiny. So cute.

3. Ant Man

I realize that Scott Lang is not always tiny, but the powers provided by his incredible shrinking suit are actually a whole lot cooler than I think any of us realized until fairly recently.

LOOK AT IT. IT IS SO COOL.

5. This Hedgehog Birthday Party

Best. Party. Ever.

6. These Babies

This babies' parents win.

7. Me

At just a hair over five feet tall, I am tiny. I am also fun. I promise. (I am not, however, BB8. Sorry.)

8. Baby Groot

Yep.
