You Have To See Swatches Of The Majesty Lip Kit

by Sienna Fantozzi

She never fails to deliver gorgeous new colors, and to prove it even more, Kylie Jenner launched a new Lip Kit shade on Tuesday. When you see the swatches of Kylie's Majesty Lip Kit, you'll realize that it's so much more than a basic black lipstick. Seriously, I know it's summer and all, but this is about to become your new go-to shade.

We all know by now that Jenner doesn't necessarily play by the rules, so releasing a black lip color for summer, when pink/nude/orange tones generally reign supreme, definitely does not surprise me. But the coolest part is that tons of her fans actually requested a black lip kit, so it looks like she's totally willing to listen to us and take our suggestions — but she didn't just give us a black lip kit. No, she took this one step further (because she's Kylie Jenner, after all) by releasing a black shade with metallic blue undertones. And it's by far the coolest lip color I have ever seen.

Just black can be a little harsh, and unless your style is super edgy, it's a little limiting, but this shade, with metallic blue undertones, is far more wearable. It can be glammed up, edged up, dressed down — whatever your style is, it'll go. It's glittery without being too feminine, and it's just all around unique. Believe me, you haven't seen a shade like this before.

If you freaked out a little when you heard black lipstick, this should totally alleviate all those anxieties.

It's not pitch black by any means, so you don't have to worry about giving off goth vibes in the height of summer.

But it looks even prettier on:

In this shot, it definitely wears more blue, but the cool part is it changes depending on the light:

Here it looks more black — but it still has that cool, metallic sheen to it — so it's definitely versatile.

Now, who wants to bet this one is going to sell out instantly?
