10 Cool Desk Accessories That'll Make You Happy

by Taylor Fuller

When you spend most of your time at your job, it's important to know how to make your desk look better with cool accessories that will make your desk your happy place. Adding fun accessories that put a smile on your face is the best way to make your cubicle feel way less boring. If your desk is already your happy place as is, more power to you. But mine could use a bit of work.

My desk is covered with standard issue supplies. Think: black staplers and tape dispensers, as well as paperclips in the same package they came in. You need cute office accessories to be productive at work, right? Might as well take them to the next level. You’d be surprised at how many novelty desk accessories are out there in the world (trust me, I’ve spent hours browsing the web). What’s even better is that you won’t be taking up that precious desktop real estate with useless items. Instead, you can find clever pens, notepads, and other everyday tools that are not only necessary to be productive, but bring more fun to your office workday.

Whether your next desk accessory is a conversation starter, something that shows off your personality, or something that you just think is fun, every time you reach for it, you’ll find yourself grinning from ear-to-ear.
