Ariana Grande Is Rocking Pink Hair In VivaGlam

by May Sofi

If you are not up to date on your celebrity beauty news, you may not be aware that Ariana Grande and MAC teamed up for a second set of VIVA GLAM lippies. The launch of her new pink lipstick and lipglass duo is not the only news, though, as the singer revealed a brand new hair color in the campaign imagery that matched her new lip products. The question now remains — is Ariana Grande's pink hair real? Let's examine the evidence.

The makeup label took to Instagram to announce the second installment of their joint venture with Grande, sharing a photo of the songstress in an all-pink everything ensemble to flaunt her new pink lip shades, including fuchsia pumps, magenta nails, and even a pastel pink hair bow. Going along with the pink theme, she even had some baby pink streaks in her signature high ponytail. I can't help but wonder whether she actually added some pale pink color to her mane, or if this is the work of extensions just for the sake of the campaign. My gut inclination is telling me that the pink streaks are not actually real, but then again, you really never know.

Real or not, she is owning that pink hair like nothing else.

Grande posted this photo beside her campaign shot, and you can clearly see the differences between her hair in the image and her hair IRL. The ponytail in the Instagram photo looks just like the one in the MAC image, including the blonde ombre, and the only difference is the subtle pink streaks. This makes me believe that she didn't actually dye her hair pink.

She could very well be pulling a fast one on us, though, because this certainly isn't the first time she has donned colored hair.

The 22-year-old rocked a deep reddish pink shade way back in the day, so she is clearly fond of the color.
