Most people ask why it takes so long for suggestions to go through each time. After all, Kim Kardashian and even Amber Rose release their own lines of emoji all the time. It shouldn't be hard to come up with a design, right? Well, it's never as simple as that. The emojis are part of an international coding standard that gets overseen and approved. There are basic markups of how the emojis look, but the ultimate decision comes down to the platforms on which they are released. In very basic terms Unicode assigns each individual emoji a unique numeric value, while platforms such as iOS on your phone pushes the final product out to you. So unless all those steps are taken, which takes time, you won't see a quick turnaround on updates.

Lucky for you, you don't have to wait much longer. The new emoji are amazingly useful and could be yours after you update your phone settings. Complete the necessary steps and you can enjoy the new additions in all of their glory.

So how do you get these new ones? Just follow these steps!

2. General

Scroll down to Keyboard.

3. Emoji

Add the emoji keyboard and then make sure that you have the most updated version of IOS on your phone.

4. Update Your Phone

Once this is done, you should have access to all of the new emojis introduced in the new update. Obviously, if you do not have them, they haven't been released to the public. But keep your eyes out for that update and you will be the first to use some of the brand new emojis.

Just think back to the last update and the inclusion of the middle finger. Everything changed. I cannot wait to use the new ones!
