Recreate The Final Five's Olympic Beauty Looks

by Kali Borovic

Not only did the Final Five completely kill it in the team portion of the Olympics gymnastics competition, they did so while looking great. Despite the strict beauty and fashion rules, these girls managed to bring just as much personality to the mat as they did talent. They had great hair styles, stunning makeup looks, and even some glitter involved. It turns out that it's pretty easy to recreate the Final Five's competition beauty look too, thanks to a few tutorials.

If you missed the Final Five winning gold on Tuesday, let me fill you in on what you missed. The women won by a landslide, and had incredible style at the same time. After hearing about all the fashion and beauty rules at the Olympics, I was expecting to see some clean faces and super slicked back hairstyles, but boy was I wrong. Each of the five competitors stepped out in a full face of makeup that showed off their personalities.

Not only did their crystal-bedecked uniforms shine brightly, but so did their makeup. Simone Biles rocked a sparkly cateye that would look great even off the mat. Gabby Douglas' gorgeous lipstick was also a major stand out. The other three women looked stunning too, and thankfully there are tutorials out there to help you get each one of their looks.

When she stepped out onto the mat, I instantly wished for a tutorial on this look. Thankfully all you need is a bold lip and some great mascara to achieve a similar vibe.

Bold lip and mascara for the win!

2. Aly Raisman

Raisman was all about a pop of color during the team finals. She wore a sleek bun and blue liner that could easily be recreated for day to day wear.

So simple, yet oh so pretty.

3. Madison Kocian

While Kocian kept it simple with her makeup, her hair looked great. She wore a front braided ponytail with tons of ribbon in team colors.

Thankfully it's pretty easy to recreate.

4. Simone Biles

This glitter liner was gorgeous. Whether you're looking for an ombre red, white, and blue design or something a bit more basic, this is super easy to do.

Bring on the sparkle!

5. Laurie Hernandez

Hernandez kept it minimal for her time in the spotlight, but her pink lip and slightly smokey eye is perfect for everyday.

This throwback tutorial from Jaclyn Hill is perfect for recreating the look.

I guess this is what happens when beauty and sports combine!
