Our favorite holiday is just around the corner. No, not Halloween (although that's a close second). Not Christmas, either. It's PSL Day! We now know that the Pumpkin Spice Latte will be officially back for the season on Sept. 6 — and we know how to get a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte early. If you've been paying attention in previous years, you'll already know that Starbucks often makes it possible to get the famous drink before the official release date. And now I'm here to tell you exactly how to do it in 2016. No, no, no. No need to repay me. A simple "Thank you" and naming your firstborn after me will do.

On Wednesday night, the Pumpkin Spice Latte's official Twitter account, @TheRealPSL, announced that customers can use a PSL Fan Pass to get the drink right now, days ahead of Sept. 6. And what's more, acquiring said PSL Fan Pass is magnificently easy. Just follow the link to the Fan Pass website, enter your mobile number, and you'll receive a text message shortly thereafter containing your Fan Pass.

Oh, and here's some even better news, too. If you're a Starbucks Rewards member, you can use Mobile Order and Pay to get a PSL starting Thursday morning, no Fan Pass needed. I can hardly contain my excitement. #PSLForever.

If you already know the magic that is the Pumpkin Spice Latte, odds are you aren't even reading this anymore because you're on your way to Starbucks. If you're a newbie to the PSL (no judgment!), then you're in for a real treat.

This is the famous drink's 13th anniversary, and it's Starbucks' most popular seasonal beverage ever. It's made with real pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, espresso, steamed milk, whipped cream, and pumpkin pie topping. Even better: As of this year, you can order the PSL with Starbucks' new almondmilk. Yes, "almondmilk." One word. Learn it. Love it. Own it. Order your PSL either served over ice or as one of Starbucks' signature Frappuccinos, and you're good to go. Autumn is complete.

If you're looking to also venture into new territory this fall season, try the Starbucks Chile Mocha. This drink has a chocolatey, spicy kick and is sure to warm you up during these chilly months, as 2016 winds to a close.
