The Houghs Are Throwing A Dance Party

by Lia Beck

Dancing with the Stars' two favorite siblings (they're also the only siblings, but whatever) are joining forces for a new tour. Derek and Julianne Hough announced the Move On Live Tour on Tuesday. The Houghs plan to travel to 42 cities in the U.S. and Canada starting this spring. Julianne told People, "Anywhere we go, we always get asked, 'When are you and your brother going to do something together?' Now it's the right time."

Derek is currently on the 18th season of DWTS which is set to end sometime towards the end of May right in time for the tour to kick off on May 25. Julianne left the series in 2008 and has since been working on her acting career.

The Move On Live Tour will consists of solo, duet, and group performances and include genres such hip-hop, jazz, and ballroom. It will also incorporate musical acts from both the siblings as well as from guests performers.

Julianne went on to say, "We're going to do dances and performances, but we also want to get people inspired and active, and we're going to incorporate the audience into the show." Derek added, "We want the show to be interactive. We want people to wear comfortable clothes because we're going to get them up and dancing." Wait a minute. Is Michelle Obama in on this?
