What Happens When Chyna, Kylie, & Tyga Hang Out?

Finally fans are getting to see what really went down when Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian began dating. Up until their new show Rob & Chyna aired, the only clues came in the form of Instagram photos or ChyMojis (those little emojis that Chyna created). Luckily, the E! series provides the perfect behind-the-scenes look at their love story. In a preview for the upcoming episode, Chyna comes face to face with Kylie Jenner and Tyga. If you thought reuniting with her ex and his new girlfriend — who will soon be her sister-in-law — would be awkward, you just don't know Chyna. She handles the moment like a champ.

The scene is from Khloé Kardashian's birthday party at Dave & Buster's back in June. When the party actually happened, I remember seeing Instagrams and Snapchats of Chyna with the Kardashian sisters and feeling a little skeptical. I wondered whether their selfies were genuine or just for show. Now, it appears they were actually legit.

Instead of Chnya being the one to make things awkward, it's Rob Kardashian who has a hard time adjusting to reuniting with his fam. He just doesn't seem thrilled with all of the attention. As seen on Keeping Up With the Kardashians a few weeks ago, there was some tension between Kardashian and his sister, Khloé leading up to the party. She really wanted him to show up, and sure enough, he followed through. It's interesting to see the same event featured on the two shows from different perspectives.

You can watch the Rob & Chyna preview below. Sure, it's a little cringeworthy, but not nearly as bad as anyone imagined.

While Chyna and Jenner's hug looks a little forced, they do seem genuinely excited to see one another. Even Tyga hugs the mother of his child and asks how she's doing. Chyna explained in the clip, "Here comes Kylie and Tyga. I kind of talk to them for a moment, because this is gonna be my future sister-in-law." It's great she's focusing on the fact that they soon will be family, versus getting caught up in the past. Looking ahead to the future is way more productive.

I definitely held my breath when pushing play on that video, but luckily, it wasn't like watching a disaster movie after all. Instead, they're all mature adults who proved me wrong. Still, I can't wait to see how the rest of the episode unfolds.
