Here's Where To Find Some Talented Makeup Artists

I'm calling it: Pat McGrath is totally a makeup wizard. She's basically done makeup at every major fashion show from here to Mars (she does four —four! — fashion weeks a year), creating some of the most innovative makeup looks along the way. Add that to the fact that she currently serves as the creative design director for Procter & Gamble (the parent company of popular budget makeup companies such as Cover Girl and Max Factor), and you've got yourself the woman who many refer to as the most influential makeup artist in the beauty industry... and now she's giving us all the chance to work alongside her at fashion week.

Yep, she's following in the footsteps of the likes of Marc Jacobs and Cara Delevingne by hosting an Instagram-wide search for some new members for her backstage team — and it's taken off like wildfire. Everyone from the hobbiests to enthusiasts to professionals has taken to the contest, creating almost 10,000 entries under that special #backstagewithpatmcgrath tag. And as the contest is open until December 1st (according to Vogue, McGrath may extend, as she's impressed by the level of talent she's found thus far — she's planning on starting a short list soon), we're sure to see quite a lot more.
