Rent the Runway Just Got Even More Affordable

Upgrading your wardrobe just got super affordable! According to Racked, Rent the Runway lowered the price of Unlimited, their monthly subscription service that allows you to borrow three designer accessories at a time, as part of a limited-time-only promotion. If you haven't already signed up, well, what are you waiting for?

Unlimited, which launched in beta this past July, allows members to chose from a selection of designer handbags, outerwear, eyewear, and baubles. While the traditional Rent the Runway platform offers only special occasion dresses on a rental basis, Unlimited "looks beyond these rarer moments where a woman has somewhere fancy to go and into her daily closet." Customers hold on to the pieces for as long as they like and then receive something new from their online queue once they send something back. They can also purchase the items for 30% off. That's a good deal at almost any cost, but now signing up for Unlimited is even more appealing — the original price for a subscription has been dropped from $75 to $49 per month.

The website gives no indication of how long the promotion will last, but I imagine it's going to stick around for the holidays. Now is the perfect time to snag some steeply discounted bling for all those upcoming end-of-year parties on your calendar.
