Our Fave 'Girl' Is Designing Sunglasses Now

Searching for some Bushwick-ready eyewear? You're in luck! Girls star Zosia Mamet has partnered with Cynthia Rowley on sunglasses that are so cute you'll want a pair in every color. Perhaps Shoshanna can learn a thing or two about fashion from her IRL counterpart?

The designer, who's known for her precious (and fashion-forward) prints and the actress who plays one of the most twee characters in the history of television teamed up to create the Miss Z sunglasses, a pair of retro cat-eye shades that come in blush, black, and oxblood tortoise. The glasses definitely have a classic Old-Hollywood vibe and at $109 a pop they won't totally break the bank.

“We wanted to make something that was both glamorous and on the vanguard of our downtown style,” Rowley told InStyle about the collaboration. When asked about the decision to include the slightly unconventional blush among the color selections, she said, "Since eyewear is part of the face, I like to think about it the same way I like to think about beauty. And then if you know Zosia, there’s hardly anything that will make her blush.”

I'm not really sure what that last part means, but, for what it's worth, the pale pink blush sunnies are my favorite of the three options. It seems like Mamet likes them too.
