Pair a tissue weight cardigan with a long, cozy dress, or try a pullover the way Wes Gordon styled it, with a slip-like skirt. Grab an overcoat if you get chilly. And some flat boots (no sandals!)

How great that approximately half of New York designers showed lamé with their collections? It's actually perfect for the holidays. Think about it... tinsel, sparkling trees... Maybe we're getting ahead of ourselves, but lamé strikes us as the perfect thing to reflect that gorgeous autumn light.
