Sabrina Soto Brings Her Expertise To Xmas Lights

You've probably taken many a nap to the tune of Sabrina Soto's expert designing advice. Or maybe it's only me who finds HGTV particularly soothing? But if you're hoping to take a Christmas snooze alongside The Great Christmas Light Fight , hosted/judged by Soto and Michael Moloney, then you're in for a bright surprise. With a full season of judging twinkle lights under her belt, Soto is well qualified for the challenge, but her years and years of design experience also make her a particularly passionate judge.

The "celebrity designer" has a unique talent for seeing beauty in the small things and, well, beauty in the big things too. After all, two million Christmas lights take up a few acres. But it's her skill for infusing a room with energy, both with her personality and her unique design sense, that has made Soto the host to turn to when you've got a unique designing challenge. After hosting stints on MTV and TLC, Soto really got her career going on HGTV. She's hosted HGTV shows The High/Low Project, Real Estate Intervention, and Get It Sold, not to mention guested on a few of my old personal favorites like Bang For Your Buck, HGTV Star, and House Hunters. The Home & Garden Television Network is where Soto crafted her expertise in transforming inexpensive elements in to "WOW" pieces for her clients' homes.

Lifestyle Expert

And from HGTV, Soto has basically become her own brand. In addition to being a Target Style Expert for Home, she takes her design advice to the masses on The Today Show, Rachael Ray, and Good Morning America, and has a line of office supplies at Michaels.

Soto is full advice for maximizing space and money, from dorm rooms to apartments to your house that's been on the market for too long for comfort, and if you can't find her on TV, then you can read her book.
