Guess Who's Getting Their Own iPhone Game?

by Kadeen Griffiths

It was just a matter of time before this happened and, quite honestly, we should have seen this coming. On Tuesday morning, Kendall and Kylie Jenner announced their own iPhone game will soon be coming to mobile phones everywhere, and I honestly couldn't be more excited. Sure, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was great while it lasted, but it's becoming harder and harder to find new things to do in the game to keep it entertaining and relevant. After making a guest appearance in Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, the Jenners are already spinning off into their own world of iPhone-based shenanigans.

Now we have two ways to connect with the Kardashian Klan when Keeping Up With The Kardashians isn't on, no one is tweeting, no one is updating Instagram, and — okay, so we already have plenty of ways to stalk this family even without the game. However, the game is something that we can do on the move, and that's what sets it apart from all the other ways to show what a huge Kardashian fan you are. Plus, Kendall and Kylie's game could bring in an entirely different audience than Kim Kardashian: Hollywood did. After all, there are plenty of people who are fans of Kim K that aren't fans of Kendall and Kylie — and vice versa. No doubt they'll be bringing something entirely new to the table than just earning K-Stars and going on dates.

But what, exactly, should we expect from their game? How can they set it apart from Kim K's? I have a few ideas.

1. Give It A Literary Focus

How about, instead of trying to become famous, the entire goal of their mobile game is to write a book like they did? Imagine talking to agents, buying energy to bust that writer's block, trying to find the right ghost writer, etc, etc. Of course, there would still be dates and parties around that, but giving the game a different kind of journey to fame would be new and interesting.

2. Get Incredibly Meta

The entire game is a quest for independence. You play an avatar that was born into a famous family and is looking to Kendall and Kylie for help setting yourself apart from them in some way. Will you buy your own house at a young age? Will you get into modeling? Will you drop your last name and only be known by your first? The opportunities are endless.

3. Play It With A Friend

To really drive home the sisterly bond aspect of the game, perhaps theirs will be an interactive experience. You can play with a friend — not that you necessarily need to — and your combined effort will make the game easier and more rewarding for both of you. Maybe you earn more K-stars if you attend a party with your best friend, or can give them more K-stars by talking them up to an agent.

4. Guest Appearances From The Other Kardashian Klan Memebers

I'm still waiting for Lord Scott Disick to appear in Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. Maybe the reason that he hasn't is because he is going to appear in Kendall and Kylie's game, alongside Rob and North. Oh, can we get a little Avatar version of North please? I don't care if Nori would belong more in Kim K's game; I just want to see her!

I doubt that Kendall and Kylie are going to take any of my suggestions, but a girl can still dream. For now, it's enough that we can all just be excited about another Kardashian mobile game. Maybe we'll eventually get that Scott Disick game after all.
