7 Vegan Easter Brunch Recipes That Are Seriously Delicious — Even Meat Lovers Will Agree

Every family has its own set of Easter traditions, especially when it comes to food. But there's one item that's a staple in everyone's home on Easter morning — eggs. Unless, of course, you happen to be dining with a family that sticks to a strict vegan diet. If that’s the case, then you may be required to whip up a few vegan Easter brunch recipes come April 5.

Now, some of the more culinarily challenged may be wondering how that alters their meals. Well friends, it means your menu must be free from any and all animal products. These no-no items range from obvious foods, likes eggs and dairy, to more obscure fare, like honey and certain fats. It also means paying extra attention to labels if you plan on purchasing any pre-made products.

This type of restraint would cause most hosts to throw in the towel, and we can't say we blame them. Cooking a vegan-friendly meal, especially one that centers around eggs, is not the easiest task in the world. But it's not the most challenging either. There are plenty of vegan recipes that are not only easy to make, but Easter appropriate as well. And if that's not enough, they taste great too. From a faux quiche to some sweet pastries, this vegan Easter menu is so delicious that the Easter Bunny himself won't be able to resist it.
