Katy Perry's Got a Freaky Little Secret

If voodoo dolls ever turn out to be the root of Miley Cyrus' public antics, we now know who to blame: Ms. Katy Perry. So is it some evil vendetta, some new feud we'll hear about for weeks? Nope! It's just weirdness. Maybe cute weirdness? We don't really know. All we really know is that Katy Perry carries bits of hair from Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift around with her. Because why not?

One of the first times I went to the Grammys, I got to share a dressing room with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, and I asked them for a lock of their hair from each one of them, which is totally creepy, but awesome. I put little bows on them individually and put them in my purse. And that was my little secret and I'm a freak!

So. There's that. Now whenever you see a photo of Katy Perry with a purse, just imagine all the different samples of hair she's carrying around with her!

This news is surprising in the "well, that's freaky" sense, but when you think about it, there are other signs that Perry is a fan of hair: Her marriage to Russell Brand, for one, as that man is we're pretty sure at least 60 percent hair. There's also her blue wig and (sigh) the boyish locks of John Mayer. Hm, maybe we really don't want to know what Perry's teenage dream is all about after all.
