Little known fact: space cowboy Matthew McConaughey is the biggest Star Wars fanboy of all time. In a new (sadly fan-made) YouTube video by user oskararnarson, McConaughey's character from Interstellar watches the new trailer for Star Wars Episode VII — The Force Awakens , and the resulting mash-up perfectly demonstrates the emotional stages of every Star Wars fan watching the trailer. The video uses the Interstellar scene where Cooper sits down to watch a video message from his daughter, who has grown up while he's been away on a space mission. Instead of a home video like the one in Interstellar, McConaughey looks like he's watching the Star Wars: Episode VII trailer, and he can't even handle it. It's all too much for him. He laughs. He cries. He giggles. He even fanboys.

It's not certain if the real McConaughey has ever admitted to being a real-life Star Wars fan, but his character in the video is definitely feeling all the feelings of way that every actual Star Wars fan is probably feeling as they wait for the latest installment to hit theaters.
