Brandi Says She Hates Emojis On 'RHOBH'

OK. Forget everything else that has happened during Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . The seasonal "Secrets Revealed" episode that always comes after the three billion installments of the reunion lived up to its name. We found out the most shocking revelation of Season 5 during this episode, the fact that Brandi Glanville hates emojis. Perhaps even more shocking is that her bosom buddy this season Kim Richards didn't seem to mind.

I admire what Brandi brings to RHOBH and reality TV in general, but I've never really been a fan of the gal, and this is the last straw. What kind of person doesn't like emojis? They're colorful and happy, always there to add an extra burst of delight to every text, tweet, and Facebook message. You'd have to be a near monster to not not enjoy them.

This was a small moment of the "Secrets Revealed" episode, but let's be real. It was one of the most significant unaired portions of Season 5 of RHOBH.

But some context for ya. This wasn't completely out of the blue, although you come to expect that from RHOBH revelations, so you I'm sure you were prepared. This short segment was used as an example to show Brandi and Kim's burgeoning friendship during the season. Though they were laughing and joking around in the car, I couldn't help but think about how their frivolity was basically tearing Kim and Kyle a part this season too. But I digress.

Anyway, Brandi was complaining about Kim's use of emojis. She particularly loves to use a ton of hearts for seemingly no rhyme or reason. Oh, and she's a fan of sending smiley faces inexplicably too. But you expect this kind of randomness from Kim, who is undoubtedly the kookiest of the Housewives

During this segment, there was even a flashback of Brandi talking about how she wouldn't even be with a guy who used emojis. And this flashback showed Kyle laughing at Brandi's stance on emojis, so you know she has felt this way about these little images for a while.

However, I am pleased to report that emojis did not tear Brandi and Kim a part. As we saw throughout the season, their friendship remained in tact, through blow-ups with Kyle, a disastrous Amsterdam trip, and even the revelation that Brandi had been talking about Kim's sobriety behind her back. It looks like this pair can get through anything, even an inappropriately sent smiling pile of poop.
