Pregnant Kate Middleton Shops For Next Royal Baby

by Marisa Dalpiaz

Royal fans have been waiting for the highly anticipated birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's second child, but it doesn't seem like she's ready to go into labor just yet. A very pregnant Kate Middleton was spotted shopping for her baby to come, and it involved lots of blue.

Middleton visited her local Zara Home, browsing the store for less than an hour, but she still managed to buy quite a few things. She bought some furniture, some presents for Prince George, and perhaps even some presents for the new baby. The Duchess of Cambridge bought navy blue towels with white rope embellishments on them. The sales associate that served Kate told PEOPLE, "She was really interested in the blue sailor-themed display where she got the towels from before she went down to kidswear". Blue sailor theme? Sounds like Prince George could be having a little brother!

While in the Kids Department, Kate bought some gifts for Prince George such as picnic cutlery and polka dot tumblers. Adorbs. Other items she purchased may have been for Prince George, but could also have been for the new baby. She also purchased blue and white padded gingham hangers and white baskets.

Kate looked relaxed and at ease during her shopping trip, according to PEOPLE. She wore, jeans, a white blouse, and wedge heels. What a trooper! The staff at Zara Home and shoppers alike agreed that the Duchess was sweet and polite to everyone. However, she did not reveal the sex of the new royal baby.

As far as what the staff made of Kate's purchases, one employee said, "She likes blue definitely! Everything she seemed to look at was blue but not for babies – she must just like the color." Or should could just be fooling us all!
