Men Watch Porn... Next To The Porn Stars

If you thought the time you caught your sibling watching porn was the most awkward porn-related situation imaginable, think again. One of BuzzFeed's most recent videos asked men to watch porn... with the porn stars who starred in the videos. If you didn't automatically wince at the very prospect, it's probably because your brain immediately shut down that line of thinking and wouldn't let you even begin to picture that situation. I know mine did.

Astonishingly, the results are actually less uncomfortable than you'd expect from a video including the question, "do you, like, have to do that to your coochie-cat?" Despite what you'd think, though, it's not all embarrassed laughter and awkward silences. The video gives men the opportunity to satisfy their curiosity about how porn is made, and the answers are actually pretty interesting. If you've ever wondered who comes up with the cinematography of porn, such as it is, you're in luck: one woman explains that it's generally up to the camera men. It's also hilarious to hear little asides about the scenes from the stars; the clip is kind of like a three-minute behind-the-scenes commentary, only not the kind you can watch on movie night. Unless you have very nontraditional movie choices, I suppose.

That being said, don't get me wrong — the video definitely has its share of awkward moments, like the guy who admits that he has "almost definitely" watched a scene with the porn star he was partnered with. My personal favorite, however, is the following exchange, from a man to the porn star whose scene he's currently viewing:"Are you being spit-roasted?""No, I don't have a dick in my butt."
