When Kathleen Sebelius showed up for a photo-op alongside a couple attempting to buy insurance at HealthCare.gov, the website crashed on the spot. Awkward.

Speaking of Obamacare, here’s a success story: A Colorado man received a letter informing him that his dog had been insured under the state health exchanges (because we know you're wondering, it was a Yorkshire Terrier).

Wallsburg, a small town in Utah, literally forgot to hold elections last November. It’s the second time that’s happened in the 275-person town, and as a result, the mayor will keep his post for the next two years.

Elle magazine inexplicably listed “North Korean Chic” as a hot new fashion trend on its website, then removed it and apologized after the predictable complaints.
