Tyler Hubbard Rocked A Man Bun On His Wedding Day

Couples who are getting married want to make their wedding unique and meaningful for both individuals, but checking in with the other party, despite the fun and romantic element of surprises, is just as important. That's what happened when Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard wore a man bun at his wedding, but only after asking for permission from his fiancé Hayley Stommel. Her answer, of course, was a resounding yes to her man wearing the popular top-knot hairstyle on their wedding day.

Hubbard told People, “I wasn’t going to pull my hair up into a man bun without asking Hayley first!” Meanwhile, the bride was all about the bun, too. “I loved it!” Stommel said. “It took my breath away to see him standing there with his hair pulled back. He looked amazing, so handsome.”

The award-winning country star and his longtime girlfriend tied the knot on July 1 at the Trail Creek Cabin in Sun Valley, Idaho, surrounded by their family and friends. The couple matched in all-white — Stommel in a lacy Monique Lhuillier gown and Hubbard in a white shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots.

“We just wanted to keep it who I was, but also just casual and not over the top,” Hubbard said. “It needed to represent me and also be comfortable and it did." Congratulations to the lovely couple... and may the bun be with you.
