Check Out The Wackstreet Boys On 'BB17'

by Marenah Dobin

Liz Nolan was pretty ecstatic to be Head of Household on Big Brother, but her reign as one of the top dogs did not last long. With Johnny Mac and Jason Roy losing battle of the block, this means that they were not safe from elimination. But, along with the losing HoH, Liz, a boy band called the Whackstreet Boys on Big Brother. And, yes, that's a play on the Backstreet Boys. It only makes sense considering this week has a '90s theme. So, what does this faux-band entail? The trio has to wear all white (typical '90s) and perform every time they hear music. That sounds kind of annoying for the group, but entertaining for their housemates who are cooped up in the house without television or internet to entertain them.

You would think that Big Brother airing three times a week would provide enough time for us to catch all of these performances, but there is an actual game to play. So, this means that some of these golden moments will likely end up on the cutting room floor— unless you've been keeping up with the live feeds online, of course. Luckily for you, I've rounded up some of the best Whackstreet moments.

The Backstreet Boys Approve

Even the Backstreet Boys are showing some love to the Big Brother boy band spoof, so this definitely means you need to check out some of their performances.

Giving The Backstreet Boys A Run For Their Money

The trio was definitely having fun with their tribute to one of the best boy bands of all time.

Doing Their Best 'NSync Impression

Whackstreet Boys slayed during their 'NSync performance. It's nice to see that they are so committed to coming through on this task.

More Dance Moments

If this reality television thing doesn't work out, maybe Liz, Johnny, Jason, and Liz's twin Julia can form an actual group outside of the house. I mean I would definitely go to one of their performances if I had the option.
