There is nothing worse than putting on a whole face of perfectly done makeup only to realize you have no setting spray on hand. Setting your makeup is one of the most crucial steps, and these setting sprays for under $15 will keep your makeup in place all day long and will work for all skin types.

There are a lot of expensive makeup sprays out there, and in my experience, they don't make that much of a difference (although I will admit that Urban Decay's All Nighter setting spray is pretty amazing, but you can buy a travel size version for $15 that will last you months, so it's for sure worth it).

There are so many makeup setting sprays out there that do their job without breaking the bank and they often come in various finishes so you can find the perfect one for your preferred look, whether that's dewy, matte or somewhere in between. And most importantly, they will keep your makeup in place all day (or all night) because there is nothing more annoying than watching your perfect foundation/contour/highlight melt off your face.

So without further ado, here are 11 makeup setting sprays for all skin types that are under $15.

1. NYX Makeup Setting Spray

Target

NYX Setting Spray, $8, Amazon

I've been an avid user of NYX's dewy finish setting spray as of late, and I think it does a pretty good job. My skin definitely looks dewy, but I sometimes wonder if that is from the spray or just natural oil... It also comes in a matte version, which is great for people with oily skin who might want to keep the shine in check, or for those who prefer a matte look.

2. Pro Fix Oil Control Makeup Fixing Spray

11. Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
