31 Amazing Cameos In 'The O.C.'
Prepare to feel extremely old. The final episode of The O.C. aired on Feb. 22, 2007, making it ten years old. It feels completely impossible that it's been a whole decade since we last saw Seth, Summer, Ryan, and Taylor onscreen together. As fans wait not-so-patiently for a reunion of the hit show, it's the perfect time to revisit the incredible list of famous people that cameoed in The O.C. — and the list is long! From the indelible Chris Pratt, to an ageless Paris Hilton, The O.C. starred an impressive array of celebrities during its four season run, making it a super fun rewatch.
Since the Fox show ended in 2007, its main cast have all gone on to bigger and brighter things. Seth Cohen's Adam Brody married the one and only Leighton Meester, while Ryan Atwood's Ben McKenzie took on the role of James Gordon in Gotham. And, of course, Rachel Bilson is as flawless as ever. But what about all of those sneaky guest stars who weren't as famous in 2007, but have since gone stratospheric? Or the actors who cameoed because they were big in the early '00s, but now, not so much? Let's revisit the magic of The O.C., and the stars that made it the iconic series it is.
1. Chris Pratt
When Pratt appeared in Season 4 of The O.C., he was a familiar face, but nowhere near the star he is today. Revisit the heartthrob, pre-rock hard abs.
2. Olivia Wilde
An incredibly blonde Wilde wooed Marissa Cooper, a.k.a. Mischa Barton.
3. Shailene Woodley
Before Willa Holland took over the role, Marissa's little sister, Kaitlin Cooper, was played by Shailene Woodley, which is pretty crazy!
4. Paris Hilton
The mogul owned her cameo on Season 1 of the show.
5. Logan Marshall-Green
Before Prometheus, and a plethora of Tom Hardy comparisons, Marshall-Green starred on The O.C. as Ryan's brother Trey.
6. Paul Wesley
The incredible star of The Vampire Diaries showed up in the first season of The O.C. brandishing a gun. Eek!
7. Cam Gigandet
Famous for his roles in Twilight, Easy A, and The Magnificent Seven, Gigandet was a regular fixture in Seasons 3 and 4 of The O.C. and eventually was responsible for Marissa's untimely death. Sob.
8. Amber Heard
Heard appeared in a Season 2 episode, in which she worked in a mall. As we'll soon see her as Mera in Aquaman and Justice League, it's safe to say that Heard's gone on to impressive things since.
9. Jackson Rathbone
Several Twilight-alum starred in The O.C., including Jasper!
10. Nikki Reed
Another Twilight stalwart to appear on the show, Reed played Sadie Campbell, a sometime love interest of Ryan Atwood.
11. Lucy Hale
Before she became Aria Montgomery, Hale played Kaitlin Cooper's roommate at boarding school.
12. Jaime King
Before Hart Of Dixie, King appeared opposite Rachel Bilson on The O.C. as a surfer who was into Seth.
13. AnnaLynne McCord
90210's Naomi Clark appeared in Season 3 of the show, and can be seen making out with Cam Gigandet at a party.
14. Kevin Sorbo
Hercules-himself played Ryan Atwood's dad. What perfect casting!
15. Max Greenfield
Schmidt from New Girl played Sandy Cohen in a flashback episode of The O.C., which gave viewers an insight into his love story with Kirsten. In an extremely meta turn of events, Peter Gallagher was cast as Schmidt's dad in New Girl, bringing the Sandy Cohen story full circle.
16. Morena Baccarin
The Homeland actor once appeared on The O.C., before starring opposite Ben McKenzie on Gotham. Baccarin and McKenzie are also a real-life couple now, thanks to Orange County.
17. Bella Thorne
Thorne played a young Taylor Townsend on the show, and totally killed it.

The Jackass star did shots with Adam Brody. Respect.

The rapper performed at a spring break pool party on the show in Season 2.

The Entourage actor played Olivia Wilde's ex-girlfriend on The O.C., which sounds like a pretty great job!

Taking over from Shailene Woodley, Holland played Marissa Cooper's sister Kaitlin from Season 3 onwards. Since appearing on The O.C., Holland has appeared in some super popular TV, including Gossip Girl and Arrow.

Lucio played Lindsay, Caleb Nichol's secret child on the show, and had a brief romance with Ryan, which involved a lot of kissing. Lucky!

Nashville's Will Lexington was a big part of Season 1 of The O.C., playing Marissa's long-term boyfriend Luke.

Star Trek's Seven of Nine played Charlotte Morgan on the show, a woman that met Kirsten Cohen in a rehab centre, and attempted to scam money from her.
31. George Lucas
The ten year anniversary of The O.C.'s finale is the perfect excuse to watch the entire series all over again, if only to spot all of the celebrities in it.
