But the biggest "please make this a real thing" HP treat that has created the ultimate in taste bud desperation? Butterbeer, which is why I'm personally so excited for Butterbeer ice cream.

That frothy, foamy, mainstay of The Three Broomsticks has inspired obsession in readers all over the world who are desperate to try the Golden Trio's favorite pub drink. People have been creating their own recipes for as long as the series has existed, and of course, if you've been to Harry Potter World in Florida or California, you've been one of the lucky ones to throw back a mug filled with the super-sweet liquid gold.
