There's a lot to be sad about in 2017, but Chipotle is making sure we have at least one thing to look forward to: According to Eater, Chipotle is set to test a drive-thru window option in one of its Ohio locations this fall.

Unfortunately, the exact store has yet to be named, but I'm sure we'll figure it out soon, considering how fast news travels on the internet. According to Eater, the idea is that the drive-thru will help draw customers by alleviating some of the long waits associated with the eatery — which, as every burrito lover knows all too well, can get insanely crowded at lunch time.

Their new “vehicular pickup window,” as Chipotle has dubbed it, will give customers an alternative option. Instead of standing in what feels like a never-ending line, you can just cruise through the drive-thru, pick up your burrito bowl, and go on your merry way.

As of now, there’s no word on exactly when the company will be testing out the window and if it plans to expand the drive-thru option to other states. Hopefully, the chain will decide to move forward with the idea and save customers a lot of time in picking up our orders.

In the meantime, burrito-lovin’ folks will have to decide whether their Mexican dinners are worth the wait.
