I don't think that it's particularly revelatory to say that Chris Pratt appears to be a truly delightful human being. In case you need proof of this theory, or you just want to take some time to bask in his glory, you should watch Pratt's "What's My Snack?" videos on Instagram. They will — and I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this — be the happiest, frothiest, more pure-hearted thing you watch. Ever. No lie, the healing power of "What's My Snack?" is like reading every Chicken Soup for the Soul book, plus watching every movie based on a Nicholas Sparks book, plus you get to look at Pratt's rugged-yet-cherubic face. Prepare thyself for the glory that is "What's My Snack?"

The "What's My Snack?" series began when filming for Jurassic World 2 was underway. Pratt — yet again putting in a lot of blood, sweat, and time for the sequel — took to livening up his precious downtime in between takes by documenting what it was like to eat a snack. However, these snacks aren't regular snacks. Pratt's not reaching for the potato chips or scarfing down last night's burrito to fuel up.

Instead, Pratt's snacks appear to be part of a specialized meal plan. After he does his musical intro, he'll often pan the camera down to a shot of the container holding his precious snack. We usually get treated to the name of the snack and some nutritional information. Then, the real magic happens.

Pratt, ever the charming cornball, usually makes a huge fuss about his hunger. In one of the first "What's My Snack?" installments, Pratt pretends that he's saving his snack for the next day, so he's just going to taste a little corner of the olive oil pistachio cake in front of him. A few hilarious camera cuts reveal Pratt has gobbled up the whole thing Cookie Monster-style. Bless.

As the "What's My Snack?" series has progressed, Pratt's snack-loving alter-ego has emerged, too. This version of the actor cherishes his snack time, wishes there was more snacks after he finished his snack, and basically proves his relationship with snacks is everyone's relationship with snacks: The more snacks, the better.

These videos are, obviously, just a way of reiterating time and time again that Pratt is most likely a wonderful human being IRL. It's always fun to get a peek into his world through his social media, but this "What's My Snack?" series has managed to up the lovable factor of the Jurassic World 2 star.

As of right now, I am seriously considering joining #WhatsMySnack Nation and I think you should consider it too.
