Bustle's Editors On Milo Y. + ThaHan Solo Photo

by Rachel Simon

Welcome back, everyone! Hopefully, you all spent Presidents' Day weekend relaxing in the sun, enjoying the warm weather, and pretending it wasn't actually the middle of winter. (I mean, it felt like summer, right?)

As you adjust to a (shortened) week back at work, take a look at all the news and events that had Bustle's editors talking on Feb. 21, from Milo Yiannopoulos's resignation to the Han Solo movie's first photo.

Donald Trump + Anti-Semitism

After a few days which saw numerous bomb threats targeting Jewish community centers and Jewish cemeteries being defaced, many public leaders, including Hillary Clinton, are urging President Trump to speak out against anti-Semitism. But, distressingly, he's stayed largely silent on the matter. One of the most powerful statements urging Trump to condemn the hateful acts and rhetoric has come from the Anne Frank Center — read it here.

Milo Yiannopoulos + Good Riddance

Well, it's about time. After enormous controversy over remarks seemingly condoning pedophilia (to say nothing of his horribly racist and anti-Semitic past comments), Milo Yiannopoulos has resigned from Breitbart. Many people are celebrating the downfall of this hateful figure, but author Roxane Gay's comments on the matter will remind you how frustrating it is that it's taken this long for companies to acknowledge Yiannopoulos' issues.

How To Help: Yiannopoulos may be gone from Breitbart, but the despicable behavior he displays and encourages is, sadly, still all too present. Here's how you can fight against everything Yiannopoulos stands for and make your voice heard.

Halima Aden + Breaking Ground

How cool is this? The newest cover of CR Fashion Book features Halima Aden, a hijab-wearing model who recently appeared in the Yeezy Season 5 show. "Never thought I would see the day that a woman dressed like me would grace the cover of a fashion magazine," Aden posted on Instagram Tuesday. Hell, yeah.

Brangelina + Moving On

The Brangelina breakup is still painful for many, but new comments from Angelina Jolie should soothe fans of the former couple. "We are focusing on the health of our family, and so we will be ... stronger when we come out of this, because that's what we're determined to do as a family," Jolie said on Good Morning America. Aww.

Fun Fact: The reason some people are left-handed might not be because of the left brain/right brain theory, as scientists have thought for years. Gasp!
