7 Reasons Tia Should Be The Next Bachelorette

Casual Bachelor viewers try to figure out which contestant will end up with the lead in the end. Diehard viewers get caught up trying to figure out something else: who the next Bachelorette will be. Watching Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season it's obvious that the next Bachelorette should be Tia Booth. At this point, no decision has been made, but the writing is on the wall and the Arkansas native is the best woman for the role.

Tia has what it takes (and more) to be an exciting Bachelorette. She has had consistent screen time this season, providing plenty of opportunities for the fandom to get to know her. There were 29 women at the start of the season, but Tia has been heavily featured in every single episode so far. There had to have been plenty of footage to use, so the fact that Tia has been so present in every episode says a lot about her personality and how engaging she is.

Soon enough, Tia became such a fan favorite that it's tough to know whether to root for her to end up with Arie or hope that she goes far enough in the season that she lands the lead role on The Bachelorette. At this point, the latter seems like the best option and there are many reasons why.

1. She's Funny

Tia started out the season with the amazing joke about her hometown of Weiner, Arkansas. Unfortunately, Arie didn't laugh. It either went over his head or he was caught up with night one nerves. Nevertheless, the fandom loved it, Tia stood out immediately, and she continued to bring the laughs for the rest of the season.

2. She Is Raven's BFF

Last season's runner-up, Raven Gates, is a franchise favorite, and she found love with Adam Gottschalk on Bachelor in Paradise Season 4. She is also the one to thank for Tia being on The Bachelor since Tia and Raven are best friends. Raven even appeared in Tia's intro video (at her store, Grey Suede, of course). If Tia was the Bachelorette, Raven could make some appearances and provide some valuable insight about finding love on TV.

3. She Is Willing To Try New Things

Tia was the first one to admit that she isn't the best dancer during the group date at the Moulin Rouge, but that didn't stop her from giving it a go. Tia has embraced every situation that was presented to her this season and that is exactly what the viewers want to see on The Bachelorette.

4. She Doesn't Hold Back

It is hard not to be self-conscious on reality TV. The contestants are surrounded by the "competition," the guy that they like, and all of the viewers at home. It makes perfect sense to be cautious and watch your mouth, but Tia doesn't seem to be taking that route. She is keeping it 100 by sharing her feelings about Arie and even the other women in the house. If Tia was the Bachelorette, she wouldn't sugarcoat her opinions. She would put the "real" back in reality TV.

5. She Shines On Group Dates

It's tough not to get lost in the shuffle on The Bachelor. There are roses up for grabs and friends who are interested in the same guy, but Tia always manages to shine in a group setting. All eyes should be on Arie, but it's so easy to gravitate toward Tia, which shows that she'd be perfect at leading group dates on her own season.

6. She Is Serious About Finding Love

It's very rare for a reality TV star to be the "funny one" and the "genuine one," but Tia pulls off that combination. She is so entertaining, but she really is there "for the right reasons." She would be the perfect person to lead her own season.

7. She Is A Style Star

Scene after scene, Tia is serving up some major looks this season. If she was the Bachelorette, she would have her own stylist and even more dates on camera. This means more incredible outfits for the viewers to fawn over and envy.

Tia is articulate, hysterical, and genuine. Everyone loves Tia, but if Arie doesn't fall in love with her, that's alright because America already has.
