These Are Emily's Must-Have Beauty Products

by Sienna Fantozzi

Celebrities have the advantage of working with makeup artists and skin care professionals to teach them the tricks of the trade, so it's always exciting for us regular girls when stars let us in on their favorite beauty products, like Emily Ratajkowski just did. And given that she's mega-gorgeous, this might be a list you want to write down.

When it comes to beauty products, I never know what to buy. Mascara is mascara as long as it's black and comes in a tube, right? Wrong. Not all products are created equal, and some insider advice is definitely helpful when it comes to deciding which product to try. The Gone Girl actress opened up to The New York Times about her beauty routine, and instead of just outlining what she does, she actually gave us specific products to use.

Though she does have a few favorite products, Ratajkowski prefers to keep her makeup very minimal. "I have really big features, so a little makeup goes a long way. I would hate to look like a clown,” she said. It would be hard to imagine her ever looking like a clown, but you get the idea. Less is more, ladies and gents.

If you're as captivated by her beauty as I am, try out some of her go-to products.

Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint

Perfecting Skin Tint, $26, Glossier

Emily uses the skin tint to help even out her skin tone.

Charlotte Tilbury Mascara

Full Fat Lashes, $29, Charlotte Tilbury

Defined lashes are a must.

Charlotte Tilbury Cream Blush

Beach Stick, $45, Charlotte Tilbury

"Charlotte provided all the makeup for We Are Your Friends so that’s how I got to try her products," Emily said.

Revlon ColorStay Liner

Revlon ColorStay Liner, $9, Ulta

If she has a meeting or an event, Emily uses Revlon liner to do a cat eye.

Charlotte Tilbury Bronzer

Filmstar Bronze & Glow, $68, Charlotte Tilbury

“I’m really loving Charlotte’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow, which has a highlighter and a contour shade. I only use the highlighter, though. I put it on the top of my cheekbones, down the line of my nose and my Cupid’s bow. I’m not big on contouring. My features are really out there already," Emily said.

And as for perfume, you won't find any bottles on her counter — she prefers her own scent.
