Will Joe Giudice Be On 'RHONJ' Season 7?

by Marenah Dobin

I've said a million times over that Real Housewives of New Jersey would be nothing without Teresa Giudice. Let's keep it real, it's Teresa's world and we are all just living in it. I mean, production on RHONJ stalled reportedly due to Teresa's time in prison, so it's not a major shock to hear that, also reportedly, Teresa will be back on Real Housewives of New Jersey when Season 7 does start filming. It would be a completely different show without her. With that said, her husband Joe Giudice's status on Real Housewives of New Jersey is a little bit unclear. There has been not been an official announcement confirming Joe's presence in Season 7 — at least not yet.

My initial thought was that Teresa's return would mean an automatic "yes" for fans seeing Joe back on the show, but things aren't quite so straightforward. Let's take a closer look at the situation.

Joe and his daughters have filmed their own Bravo special. This means that Joe must be on great terms with the network, so it would make sense for Bravo and Joe to come together again for RHONJ's seventh season.

On the other hand, maybe Joe won't be available during Real Housewives filming. The father of four has to report to prison after Teresa is released, but no official start date for his sentence has been publicly revealed; although Teresa's lawyer did share that she will be released around Christmas time. It is very possible that Joe will be unable to film when the show begins shooting.

Basically, if there is some time in between Teresa's release and Joe beginning his sentence, and Bravo is legally capable of filming him, we will most likely get some more Joe Giudice moments. I have a feeling we'll be seeing him, in at least some form, on the seventh season.
