Oct. 21 was a pretty sad day for Americans who were hoping that Joe Biden would run for president. Biden announced that he would not run in 2016, breaking the collective hearts of thousands of liberals who aren't quite settled on Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. I think we all need a little cheering up. So to honor Biden and what I'm sure was a very painful decision (and to make this decision a little easier on the rest of us), I've rounded up some of the best Joe Biden memes of all time. Believe it or not, Biden accidentally alluded to one of his most famous memes during his speech:
